“ON TIME” POLICY
We start on time, no exceptions. Once we begin, the doors are locked, so please arrive early. If you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show. This is important to create group coherence and for the SCAI to stay on schedule. Please arrive early.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation/reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Cancellation/reschedule requests made within 24 hours will not be granted and will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.
• No-shows or late arrivals will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.

SESSION COMPLETION POLICY
• We encourage clients to schedule one session per week, completing all sessions within 4 weeks, for optimal benefits. However, an extended schedule is fine as well.
• Sessions have a 1-year expiration date from enrollment into the IOTA Genesis program.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
• A maximum of 3 reschedules per session is allowed. Further cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.

REFUND POLICY
Guarantee: If, after completing your third session and the online content, you don’t experience IOT activation, you’re eligible for a full refund.
