ATTENDANCE & START TIME
To honor everyone’s time and to maintain a focused and supportive group environment, your in-person hands on IOTA sessions begin promptly. Once we begin, we are unable to admit late arrivals. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and ensure a smooth start.

If you are unable to join on time, it will be considered a missed session.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens. To allow us to serve all participants effectively:

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Changes made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows or late arrivals, will result in forfeiting the session.

Rescheduling Limit:
Each session may be rescheduled up to three times. Additional rescheduling will be considered a missed session.

SESSION COMPLETION TIMELINE
To experience the full benefits of the IOTA Genesis program, we recommend completing one session per week. However, if you need more flexibility, we are happy to support your pace.

Sessions must be used within one year from the date of enrollment.

REFUND GUARANTEE

If, after completing your third session and the online content, you do not feel the activation process has occurred, you are eligible for a full refund.
