By enrolling in the IOTA Foundation Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms.

About this program:

The IOTA Foundation Program is an educational and developmental experience offered by the Source Code Alchemy Institute. It is designed to support the activation of Inner Organic Technology — a dormant innovation of evolution — through a four-week integrated program of in-person sessions, online curriculum, live gatherings, community, and a self-engagement practice.

This program is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for the advice or treatment of a qualified healthcare or mental health professional. By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own choice, and that the Source Code Alchemy Institute, The New Human University, their affiliated entities, divisions, facilitators, and team members are not liable for outcomes, loss, or damages related to your participation.

If by the completion of your third hands-on session — and after fully completing the corresponding online steps, Catalyzer Calls, and Live Practice sessions — you have not felt the signs of Inner Organic Technology Activation in your body, you are eligible for a full refund. Reach out to us within 48 hours of your third session and we will process it promptly. No paperwork. No barriers.

This guarantee exists because we have not yet seen this program fail to produce activation in someone who walks it. The guarantee is our public commitment to that.

Refund and cancellation:

A full refund is available under the guarantee terms above.
Outside of the guarantee, refunds are not offered after the program has begun.

If a life circumstance prevents you from continuing, contact us. We work with people in good faith and will do our best to find a reasonable accommodation.

Lifetime access:

Your access to the IOTA Foundation Program content and community is yours for life. The Source Code Alchemy Institute reserves the right to migrate the program to a different platform or infrastructure at any time, and your access will continue through whatever system the institute is using.
