“ON TIME” POLICY
We begin at the scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period after the scheduled time is offered for unexpected delays.
After this grace period, the doors lock, and entry is no longer permitted, so plan to arrive early. If you arrive beyond the grace period, it will be considered a no-show. This policy is important to create group coherence and for the SCAI to stay on schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation/reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Cancellation/reschedule requests made within 24 hours will not be granted and will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.
• No-shows or arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.

SESSION COMPLETION POLICY
• We encourage clients to schedule one session per week, completing all sessions within 4 weeks, for optimal benefits. However, an extended schedule is fine as well.
• Sessions have a 1-year expiration date from enrollment into the IOTA Genesis program.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
• A maximum of 3 reschedules per session is allowed. Further cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the session without a refund.

REFUND POLICY
Guarantee: If, after completing your third session and the online content, you don’t experience IOT activation, you’re eligible for a full refund.
