IOTA GENESIS PROGRAM — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By enrolling in the IOTA Genesis Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The IOTA Genesis Program is an educational and developmental experience offered by the Source Code Alchemy Institute. It supports the activation of Inner Organic Technology — a dormant innovation of evolution — through an integrated program of in-person hands-on sessions, online curriculum, live calls, community, a self-engagement practice, and a culmination event.

The program is designed as one system. Each component supports the others, and your participation across all of them is what produces the outcome.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS NOT
This program is not medical care. It is not psychotherapy. It is not a diagnosis, assessment, or treatment of any condition, and nothing in it should be understood as medical or mental health advice.

Participants sometimes have powerful physiological and emotional experiences during this program. Nothing you experience here — and nothing said by a facilitator, team member, or another participant — is medical or psychological advice, and it is not a basis for decisions about your healthcare, medication, or treatment. Those decisions belong between you and your qualified healthcare providers.

Your participation does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other clinical relationship.

By participating, you acknowledge that you do so of your own choice, and that the Source Code Alchemy Institute, New Human University, their affiliated entities, divisions, facilitators, and team members are not liable for outcomes, loss, or damages related to your participation.

YOUR PARTICIPATION
The program depends on your engagement across all of its components. We ask that you attend your scheduled hands-on sessions, complete the online modules, attend at least one Forum each week, participate in the Live Practice sessions, and maintain your daily practice.

Sessions take place in a shared space with other participants. We ask that you arrive on time and observe the session room guidelines your facilitator provides.

OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind this work.

If by the completion of your third hands-on session — having completed the corresponding online steps, Forums, and Live Practice sessions — you have not felt the signs of Inner Organic Technology Activation in your body, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of your third session and we will process it promptly. No paperwork. No barriers.

This guarantee exists because we have not yet seen this program fail to produce activation in someone who walks it.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION
A full refund is available under the guarantee terms above. Outside of the guarantee, refunds are not offered once the program has begun.

If a life circumstance prevents you from continuing, contact us. We work with people in good faith and will do our best to find a reasonable accommodation.

LIFETIME ACCESS
Your access to the IOTA Genesis Program content and community is yours for life. The Source Code Alchemy Institute reserves the right to migrate the program to a different platform or infrastructure at any time, and your access will continue through whatever system the institute is using.

CONFIDENTIALITY
What other participants share in sessions, Forums, and the community stays there. We ask you to hold what you hear in confidence, as others will hold yours.

MATERIALS
Program content, including video, audio, written materials, and protocols, is the intellectual property of the Source Code Alchemy Institute and is for your personal use only. It may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or taught to others.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
These terms exist to protect the integrity of the program, to respect the time and attention of every participant and facilitator, and to give your experience a clear structure.

We operate this institute with care and full commitment to the people who walk through our door. If something unexpected arises during your participation, reach out. We are here to work with you.

We are glad you are here. You are among the early people in the world to step into this work — to awaken a dormant innovation of evolution and hyper-resource yourself to thrive in the 21st century. That is not a small thing.

AGREEMENT
By completing your enrollment, you confirm that you have read these terms and that you are stepping into this program of your own choice.
