COVID NOTICE*
We will not ask participants to reveal their vaccination status, nor will we share the Retreat leaders’ vaccination status. We will clean the tables between participants during hands-on sessions elements. We will have hand sanitizer available.
*The terms of this agreement are subject to change as policies or laws change in the host city of the Retreat.

PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are non-refundable. If you have a payment plan and miss any payments, you will not be admitted into the Retreat.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
This program contains copyrighted material. By enrolling, you agree not to duplicate, share, or distribute any of the material within the course, Facebook group, weekly calls, or anything that is included within the program.

RETREAT TERMS
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Retreat at anytime if that person is acting inappropriately in any way. If this course of action is taken, any future payments will be cancelled. You must attend the full retreat. If you cannot attend from start time to end time each day, you will need to transfer to the next retreat (if within the time-frame outlined below). This is in order for you to receive the FULL benefit of what we are doing—every minute is important to your evolution.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– Cancellations prior to 2 months from start date of retreat may only transfer to the following retreat, or the following retreat in your area, less $100 of retreat price. $100 will be due prior to attending the following retreat.
– Cancellations less than 2 months prior to start date of retreat may only transfer to the following retreat, or the following retreat in your area, less $200 of retreat price. $200 will be due prior to attending the following retreat.
– Cancellations within 2 weeks or less from the start date of retreat may not transfer their spot to any following retreats, and will not be issued a credit to apply to the following retreat. Future retreats may be attended with a new purchase. If you are registering within 2 weeks of the event, these terms still apply.
– NO refund/credit/transfer will be given for failing to show up for retreat without prior notification.
– Retreat spots are NON-TRANSFERABLE between people. You may not transfer your retreat spot to another person.
– Participant will be responsible to pay any increase in retreat price prior to attending the following retreat.
